Cards issued in some countries — including Russia — cannot pay international services at all. That is a bank restriction, not a fault on your side or ours.

How billing works

  • Hours are counted on the duration you submit for processing, not on what completes. If processing fails on our side, tell us and we will credit the hours.
  • Unused hours carry over to the next month only, once. After that they expire.
  • Cancelling never deletes your transcripts. You control deletion yourself, at any time.
  • Prices are in US dollars. This is a beta and pricing may change — we will tell you personally, not by editing this page quietly.
